Our new web site for collaborative QSAR modelling, Open QSAR has been launched with 16,000 models generated from 100 datsets by our auto-QSAR systems. We will shortly be expanding the database to create a model library with thousands of drug discovery relevant properties.
Open QSAR is a new way of doing QSAR and shows what can be done to build good quality models and to carefully validate them in standard ways, without any significant effort or expertise.s
